Welcome to the Library of Belonging created by The Whale Dreamer!
While the book is a mythic story about a young girl called to by the whales, the story wanders through the complex issues our world faces from climate change to the 6th mass extinction. All of the animals and circumstances mentioned in the series are based on real life.
I wanted to provide readers with the opportunity to discover more information about the animals mentioned in the book and the organizations that protect them, allowing readers to get involved with saving the animals they care about.
